Ruth Ann Ham

Ruth Ann Ham

LDO, NCLEC, ABOC

Ruth Ann Ham is a licensed optician, certified by the American Board of Opticianry, and the National Contact Lens Examiners. She has served as president of the Northeast Chapter of Professional Opticians of Florida. Mrs. Ham has managed independent optical practices and optical practices within optometric and ophthalmological practices in both corporate and private settings. She provides consulting services and training in the areas of sales, customer service and ophthalmic optics for eye care professionals and corporate ophthalmic manufacturers on a national level.

C. Steven Lancaster

C. Steven Lancaster

OD, FAAO

C. Steven Lancaster has been in private and group practice since 1980 and is currently affiliated with the Atlantic Eye Institute in Jacksonville, Florida, a group ophthalmology and optometry practice. He is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the Illinois College of Optometry and serves as the Director of an externship program. Dr. Lancaster is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has lectured nationally and internationally on ocular disease and contact lenses.

Ann Madden

Ann Madden is an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University School of Optometry and the Michigan College of Optometry. She began her professional career in corporate optometry and is currently the Chief Primary Care Optometrist in a large ophthalmology and optometry practice in Elkhart, Indiana.

Gale Stoner

Gale Stoner speaks to healthcare audiences who want to create enthusiastic staff and strengthen patient loyalty. His presentations focus on team-building, staff motivation and patient loyalty. With his education in healthcare management and keen perception of patient expectations, Mr. Stoner has personally conducted “mystery patient evaluations” in a variety of healthcare delivery systems. He has more than 38 years of experience in management and organizational development and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare management.

Carrie Williams

Carrie Williams is a 2002 graduate of Southern College of Optometry. She is a member of Gold Key and Beta Sigma Kappa as well as the St. Louis Optometric Society, the Missouri Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Williams practices in a multi-disciplinary medical group, Southwest Medical Center, where she is the first O.D. in the 50 year history of the practice.
